Cannot install FiveM. Error

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

Basically downloaded the client, created a new folder, clicked to open and after extracting/updating get this error. Cannot install nothing.
Antivirus off.
Also tried running as admin.
