I am unable to hear others’ voice chat but they can hear me. I am able to hear the game audio, and have verified my setting with a friend who’s voice chat is working properly. I’ve tried scouring the web and forums for answers but have come up empty-handed.

I’ve tried to disable and enabling voice chat, clearing my cache folder, restarting the client.
