What is the issue you’re having?
In server, I cannot hear one specific player. There sometimes is an issue with other players but VOIP/Game restart gets it fixed but one player is persistent.

911: San Andreas, there was same issue with one player on different server, it is not online anymore as of now.

Sometimes it happens in my server, usually just putting voice chat off and then on again in the ingame settings, works, either you or the other person or both.
