What is the issue you’re having?
When loading into any server, I cannot hear the loading screen music. When I am in-game I cannot hear any streamed audio from phones, car radio, monitors, etc. I can hear the vanilla radio, and can hear every other audio/sound effect completely fine (including player speech). This issue has not always been there, and came about randomly. I know it is my specific local setup because friends that load into the same server can hear the music, and in-game can hear the audio that is played (even if i play audio, they can hear it but i cannot)
What are you trying to do?
Fix the audio issue.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have done a fresh install of FiveM.
I have enabled and disabled streamer mode within a server.
I have config the audio mixer and audio output devices.
Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue?
Nothing. It just stopped working one day.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
Enigma RP
Demons RP
Back in Blood RP
Just to name a few, but the issue is persistent across all servers in this case. Again, it is a local issue.

In your Windows audio mixer, you will have an application for FiveM as well as an application for FiveM Chromium subprocess. Ensure the subprocess volume is not muted.

SO, I want to first thank you because you led me to find the solution, but it was not the FiveM Chromium subprocess. Looking through different audio mixers/controls HP audio control has an option to disable 2 streams of audio simultaneously. This somehow got changed. :man_facepalming: Appreciate the help, though!
