Can someone make a simple hud that shows Health and Armor only (Standalone)

I need a hud that shows Heath and Armor only it should be simple, but I don’t know how to do it, that would be nice if someone could find me one or make one for me.

This one is used together with either vRP or ESX to tell the player’s stats.
