Important parts
What is the issue you’re having?
I was logging in with the wrong password onto the FiveM Rockstar Social launcher/window and prompted it to send a security code to my email. Which is all good and dandy until it hits me with “Unfortunately we are unable to send your verification email at this time. Please try again later, or visit our support page if the problem persists”. What are you trying to do?
Wait it out What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Restarted my computer, Reinstalled FiveM, changed my password, logged in on Rockstar on a separate window, wait overnight to attempt to login again Error screenshot (if any):
What did you do to get this issue?
Logged in with the wrong password(s) too many times What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
None
Additional comments
My next best guesses would be to try logging in with a VPN, or to reinstall GTAV (Which I’m not sure if that would do me any good).

Try to open Rockstar Games Launcher before to open FiveM, so first the Rockstar Games Launcher and then FiveM. It should verify game ownership without taking you to a login screen.
Yeah I already tried the solution given before to no avail as well, but I ended up getting it to work by logging in with my brothers account who also has GTA V. I was prompted with the same message at first, but I attempted to login again and it worked. After that I logged out and logged into my account and didn’t even get the prompt.
I know this isn’t a feasible fix but if you know anyone with a copy of GTA V and a Rockstar account, hat seems like your only solution so far.
This seems like a feasonable fix for now, however if by chance your brother plays fivem too, and you both want to hop on to the same server and they have a license check in place, one of u guys won’t be able to play, just so ur aware!
I would send an email out to rockstar/tt support to get your own account situated to avoid odd circumstances like the scenario above for example.
I think I’ve got a solution for that one! Simply click on “support page” on the error message. Once that is open, click on the user symbol in the top right corner and log in to your account from there. The verification code will be sent without any problems! Then, go ahead and log out again. After that, close the entire Rockstar Launcher and reopen the FiveM Launcher. It will prompt you to sign in again, and once you do, no email verification is needed as you’ve completed that before in the ‘integrated browser’ (I’m not sure what else to call it).
