Can not install fivem on laptop

System specifications i5-6200 U CPU @2.40GHz, 8 GB RAM , NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 4gb
What did you do to get this issue? uninstalled anti-virus applications turned off defender and firewalls, tried all the solution from the forum none of them worked.
What server did you get this issue on?

CitizenFX crash zip file No (could not install the fivem.exe)
CitizenFX.log fileNo (could not install the fivem.exe)

If an issue with starting: no issue with gta v

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? windows firewall and windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried all the similar problems solution given in the forum and tried to place fivem.exe inside gta v folder that too didn’t worked, disabled defender and firewall but no result ive been trying to find a solution from past 10 hrs but couldn’t found one please help.

Ps: I have checked “https://runtime.fivem.net/client” in my web browser and got this output
“Yes, it’s working. This means you probably have some other issue on your system.”
