If you can run GTA 5 you can run FiveM. FPS in FiveM is down to a number of things. Mostly how much crap is on your screen either having a o load in custom textures, maps, vehicles, Scaleform menus and what not, having your location displayed, particle effects, graphic settings, etc etc.
