I am starting a new server called California state roleplay it will be ESX based with added clothes , cars and other cool stuff
I am also looking for a developer , event team, administration team and Department heads
The departments:
BCSO Blaine Country Sheriff’s Office , BCES Blaine County Emergency Services, FBI+FBI SWAT Federal Bureau of Investigation , LAPD Los Santos Police Department, LAES Los Angles Emergency Services , NG National Guard (mainly for events) , IA Internal affairs (side department meaning you will be in that department and another department)
How we will manage departments: we will have 3-5 people in the top ranks of departments so in order to do anything inside their department like demote they must vote among each other
How departments will manage each other: All department heads will be a member of the State Board (SB) whom will have to vote in order to demote a department head and also take the IAs on department head , also they will have to vote on anything major that will effect all departments
What are my goals:
I hope to make a server with 10-20 people on daily at least and make sure people just have fun , there is nothing else to it really, there will be no pay to win stuff like buying cars or money with money irl and might be bannable offence in the future
