Buzzers for PD and SO's

This is pretty self explanatory, There’s a place at the counters at Mission Row PD, Sandy Shores SO, and Paleto Bay SO, Press L to buzz so cops can hear and come to your assistance, there is also a cool down as well that can be adjusted.

Nice script man, would be cool to see this updated with a config of some sorts and not just editing the script itself. Some people don’t know how to do it.

Thanks!!!

I am hoping to get it so it is a config where you just add coords, and that wait time

maybe a conversion to esx_buzzers config for multiple jobs

A video? i didnt get how it works

Want to try and keep it standalone, and this takes no jobs yo use as you press and everyone in the area hears it.

Its pretty self explanatory you press a key, then the buzzer goes off for everyone in the area.

If you’re ok with it I could make one for ESX. I would credit you of course.

Edit:
Wait, this doesn’t have a server-side script. Is this not to alert officers that someone needs help? No one will hear it except the person who rings the bell lol

Not a good idea, as anyone who can’t simply add an event handler and an if statement shouldn’t be running a server.

Yes, they will, as it uses a native that is already networked to every client,

Are you referring to PlaySoundFrontEnd? Not in my experience it doesn’t!!!

I’m nearly done with my version of the script I completely rewrote it from the ground up with config, cooldown etc. For ESX only though.

Also have to agree but i do like the idea of this design a lot and think it could get somewhere perhaps there was a way to make it so the script radios the officers "Someone ringing at the ", now that would be amazing!

why would you not have it all in one function? instead of starting more loops

does anyone have the server side of this script so then the police can hear
