You don’t
It isn’t allowed to sell Rockstar related items on Tebex and it isn’t allowed to sell FiveM related content outside Tebex.
However, a vehicle isn’t specifically related to FiveM, because you can also buy that car for single player use.
Basically:
Resources or products targeting FiveM must always be sold on a Tebex store. You’re not allowed to sell Rockstar related content on Tebex and vehicles with a dlc.rpf file and not made for FiveM can be sold outside Tebex (because FiveM isn’t associate with that)
