Bulk dds image resizer?

Don’t know if such a thing exists, but MAN would it be such a life-saver. Going through hundreds of oversized dds image files is such a pain. I’d like to have some sort of program i can just plop a big bulk of dds images into, specify what i would like to resize them to, and then have it over-write them at only a few clicks of a mouse button.

If anyone happens to know of anything that would be freaking awesome!

why do you resize the dds files

Because if they are too large they cause texture problems, and all sorts of things like that. if they are too large the paintjobs on cars look like a garbled mess of purple and green slime mixed with blood, the windows look weird, and the wheels look chrome.

The texconv utility should be able to do some of this.
