Building server-sided version of lambda menu

Hello, there is a server sided version of lambda menu that i have been trying to build but with no avail.

I found the source for it here

What programs do i need to build it besides Visual Studio 2017 and how would i start building it?

Are you sure it’s a server sided version?

Yup, i am sure as ive seen it on some servers. Specificly the LS Network ones.

I am not sure, i’ve compiled and it’s only an .asi file

Have you checked the server folder?

You have to go back to main folder to open .sln file, it’s visual studio file, and when you compile it it only compiles the .asi file

I did, but it builds a .make file

Thats the problem im having. I have tried using cygwin to build it but it failed.

Why you dont use the already released admin menu for admins?

because lambda has the best features

There is nothing we can do, ask them to give you server side resource

*nothing you can do .-.

The version you are seeing on other servers is probably this: [Release] Lambda Menu. There has not been much time to work on it. Perhaps in the next few weeks the latest changes can be pushed and we can try to get a how-to written for compiling the server-side version.
Keep in mind this really isn’t the proper way for server-side stuff. This project is more or less “legacy” at this point, as there are much better (proper) ways to do server-side stuff now.

Thanks! That was what i was looking for.

Is it only for admins?

no, im afraid not. though you could make it admin only by coding that feature yourself
