i have rest my pc and reinstalled gta 2 times and reinstalled five 7 time THX

i have uninstall it
its gone

Well this is mostly caused by antivirus, make sure you disabled all and try deleting caches.xml too and then try again

solution= properly disable your av
note : windows defender is an av
