@Paradox20 did a great job and his looks awesome and actually like a border checkpoint.
the one you linked from gta5mods looks like these typical “i will only exist for 5 weeks” servers where they have mappers that yeah… i guess i dont need to go further.
(No disrespect to the guy that made the gta5mods one. this is my oppinion.)

Dont make the mistake i did… I purchased V2 and its got street collision issues and they are too short for semi trucks . Discord is a ghost town. Money wasted.
If you own Border Checkpoints V2 you now have a free upgrade to V3 to compensate for the known issues of v2
Technically Mexico is Cayo Perico…so having these up by Sandy Shores defeats the entire purpose. Apparently you dont much about California because you literally have Los Santos (which is actually Los Angeles) surrounded by checkpoints, which makes no sense because its a city in a state. It only borders Mexico and is not smack dab in the middle of it. This is a hard pass
