If you can’t start the game at all
GTA V starts up normally and is playable.
Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? Loading and freeze when trying to start FiveM, then blue screen…
What are you trying to do? Launch FiveM
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Update Driver, Reinstall Windows, Reinstall FiveM, Clear TEMP, Reinstall GTAV, Reboot System.
After reinstalling FiveM, it worked for about 2 days, and then, from yesterday, it started all over again to crash every time I tried to start it.

Hm, did you try changing your UpdateChannel in CitizenFX.ini? It’s in the FiveM Appdata folder in your install
BTW, was there any Windows or other Windows-related updates on your system yesterday when the crashes started happening? I’m starting to lean towards it being caused by Windows here tbh
I’ve just installed “normal” Windows 11 instead of the Enterprise LTSC version, I’ll wait 2/3 days to see if it solved the problem or not, I’ll keep you posted!
