Player Blips or like police stations and markets?

Custom Blips like these? (I’m from the UK so NHS is hospital, JD is a clothing store, and that blue thing is the metropolitan police)
I have been making custom blips in photoshop for a few years as they’re much more realistic!
It’s definitely possible, and it’s also very easy to make the script

These reskinned “TEST BLIPS” blips are spawned in by a client-side script.
This .zip has everything you’ll need to get started the link @YG_Resources kindly provided has the numbers related to the blips you’re reskinning!
