Blips issue on pause menu map when using SetMinimapClipType(1)

For a good bug report you should probably include:
1. Client (production/canary) and FXServer version
Beta client + latest recommended server artifacts + b2802

2. What you expected to happen
The blips don’t disappear on the edge of the map and the player’s position blip not to move when I change the view on the map (when using SetMinimapClipType(1))

5. Reproducible steps, preferably with example script(s)
simply use runcode as shown in the video and put SetMinimapClipType(1) for your client and the bug will happen
