Complete replacement for built in AI car spawning to fix the worst problems, with controls for many other population options.
This is WIP, I have been running it on my server for some time but there is still work to be done.
This solves a lot of spawning problems,
AI Cars appearing in front of players.
Ai Cars disappearing in front of players.
Ai Cars exploding from spawning on top of one another.
AI cars spawn further away if you are going fast.
full control of what cars spawn where.
full control of how many cars spawn per player.
Full control over how fast AI drive and how carefully.
Known bugs.
AI cars spawn in the centre of the lanes and quickly move over(not usualy a problem) .
Sometimes cars like to have a pileup, but I think this is just a gta thing I cant avoid.
Vary rarely the system stops spawning cars (after a lot of looking cant figure out why please let me know if you figure it out. )
Updated with Semi random AI , Dependant on vehicle type to make sure they are not out of place.
Many more config options added.
Performance improvements.
More reliable vehicle spawn spot locating.
Better standard settings.
More areas for vehicle variation.

working on a persistent fuel system any many other thing atm.
This looks really promising. I am however experiencing an issue where the AI that are spawned as a result of this resource do not pull over or react to emergency vehicles.
Well I always found it stupid that the ONLY place you see certain vehicles is in one place. Because rich people never go into town no? lol.
you can just change the vehicle ids in the locations if you want to make it more specific.
At least dutch likes it lol
I didn’t say I didn’t like it. I love to concept and the idea and put it in because I liked it but after cars not pulling over it made the roleplay not entertaining at all when every single car you had to go around just to get to where you needed to be.
