Barely any npcs

I have updated my server to the latest fxserver version and I started seeing barely any npcs driving or walking around. I may if I’m looking see one or two parked and after roaming for 10 min I only saw 1 npc driving around. The city looks barren

This happened to me on 04/08/2017

This is weird i see like 40 npcs every 20sec, try to look around in all your files and see if u find the problem there…
