Awaiting scripts/ scripts error on my Server

Hello i have my server circa 1 week and in front of few days i have this error
i search hour for hour to fix this error but i dont can fix it
i have hours wasted to fix that error but i dont find a way to fix it
please help me i dont know how and what i must do to fix it
in the error is standing

Just remove and reinstall your server, or try to update the base resources preinstalled in your server
