C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\FiveM
Delete this entire folder. Then go to reinstall.
And make sure you list FiveM as an exception to your Avast
will try, i’ve had a lot of false flags from Avast so i’m moving away from that too. thanks!
As the Lion Leader @d0p3t has recommended in the past:
In my personal opinion I advice you to completely uninstall Avast. Today, Windows has their own built in anti-virus that won’t see FiveM as malicious software (only in rare cases). It’s just as good as Avast and thereby you do not have another party have control over your complete computer (anti-virus software has this).
I would use Windows.
i’ve got one installed just now and it let me reinstall! if i have any trouble i’ll go back to windows. cheers guys!
i’ve encountered another problem, when i click the FiveM launcher it doesn’t launch anything or say anything.
