Then, we have to constantly update it as we change users ranks within our departments. We all know, its a painful process. Auto Rosters removes all the headache, and is much more appealing to your community!
What is this?
Auto Rosters is a way you can create a fully customizable, unique roster for your community that auto updates based on Roles. To set it up, you add ranks by entering the role ID, the website gets those users and displays them. This tool gives you the ability to add certifications such as Swat, K9, etc, add custom backrounds, a custom url, and so much more!

Add Ranks by Roles
To add ranks to customize your roster, you can simply enter the Role ID, then the name for your rank.
Add Certifications
On top of adding base ranks, you can add certifications – such as Swat, K9, High Speed, etc.
Auto Updating
Your ranks will auto update as you change the roles. This prevents you from having to actually “manage” your roster
Publish Page
Once you finish, you can publish your roster to get a sharable link to send to your community! You can even add a custom community name at the end of the URL.

Are my rosters secure?
Of course, our servers automatically do a full backup of all rosters evrey 5 hours to ensure we never lose any data.
Is this hard to setup?
Not at all! We make the process as easy as we can! You just need to install our Bot, and get customizing. We have a full documentation available at this link “Documentation - Automatic Roster System”
Is This Free?
The tool is mostly free. You can create a roster for free, however some features are limited to pro users (For example, image uploading, custom url, etc. We keep the pro price fair – we pay to run this service, therefore we need a way to pay the bills.
