AUDIO_WAVEPACK data files can't replace in-game radio anymore

I have a resource on my server that replaces some GTA V radio stations with other audio files. It worked perfectly for more than a year. One day in July 2021, I noticed that the radio stations had changed to the default radio stations, although my radio resource is still running and downloaded by clients.
I think the problem may be in the client build 4208 from July 15 because changelog says:

Problem appears only with replacing default GTA audio, adding extra audio wavepacks works as before.
