Audio Issues (audio in servers low when in settings is max)

What did you do to get this issue? i actually dont know, it startedd when i got into a server andd then all the servers

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no

Also add what you already tried so far.uninstalling five m and installing it again, deleting cache, tried to get my sound higher in my pc, whent to gta v online and story mode and maxe out my soundd and everything is fine. but when i open five m and connect toi any server my i hear everything like my sound is on 5% or something like that when my sound is maxed out, here are some screenshots
