Assertion failure: m_matches.size() == expected

Hi, I am aware that there are a number of issues such as the one I have. However, I thought I might post mine because it is slightly different:

Crash signature: ros-patches-rdr3.dll+23A3B

Assertion failure: m_matches.size() == expected (C:\gl\builds\sVsA2krF\0\cfx\fivem\code\client\shared\Hooking.Patterns.h:125)

Please help! It would be very much appreciated!

RDR2 version? Latest (1.0.1355.18)
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/Epic Games/Social Club? Rockstar Games Version (Social Club)
Windows version? Latest (19041.746)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
Error screenshot (if any) RedM Error
System specifications Gtx 1060 6GB and i7-7700hq
What did you do to get this issue? After updating RDR2 cache with RedM and trying to start RedM
What server did you get this issue on? None - RedM would not launch!

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? YES

Also add what you already tried so far.
Deleting Cache; Starting REDM whilst RDR2 is launched; Re-installing REDM numerous times etc.
