Are the real gang names banned in GTA5 RP?
If the real gang name is banned, please provide proof that Rockstar or CFX themselves confirm, because this is talked about quite often. Thanks

Don’t do it, there’s enough fictional gangs in the GTA universe and it’s not worth risking a permanent suspension.

Well, that only has a general effect and has nothing to do with the real gang name. In the community it is described that you have to follow the old rules. According to GTA5, the game is only for people over 18 and that could theoretically lead to a ban. Unfortunately, no external guidelines for roleplay are given.

This whole statement doesn’t make sense? Where did the, you need to be 21 in the USA come from. It’s 18+ to purchase without a parent, that doesn’t mean it’s illegal to play.

And the guidelines on using real gang names are for the entire platform. There aren’t another set of special rules for RP. The TOS and code of conduct are all encompassing.
