Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? None
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I don’t have any turned on.
Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? FiveM won’t even boot up.
What are you trying to do? I try to open up FiveM, but after it get’s passed the ‘We’re getting there’, it crashes.
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Yes, I’ve cleared out mu cache folder and re-installed FiveM.

What did you do to get this issue? I’m unsure, it was working about 10 mins ago, then I rebooted my PC and now nothing.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
