Generally you could look at these
- t1ger_dealerships (deprecated)
- nass_dealerships (deprecated)
- av_dealerships
Those are all I can think of. Looks mostly like t1ger though. He was the first one that I know of that used the draw text and rendered vehicle showroom features.

You could try using resmon 1 when you are near the vehicle to see which resource is consuming more than the others. This might help you identify the correct resource.
