The easiest way for me to explain this was to take a short video of what is happening.
It is to do with the minimap issue.
Have cleared FiveM local and server cache, reinstalled FiveM and GTA V and still problem occurs, no one else seems to be having this issue.
Conflicting resources/scripts. You will have to find which resources yourself. Try to disable resources one-by-one.
Just an idea. Maybe you have several HUD scripts installed which are in conflict.
What the other replies said, check your hud make sure there’s no conflicting hud resource like qb-hud and ps-hud for instance, and make sure your postal map resource is ensured after your hud.
Only one HUD, which is the Black HUD.
