Due to feedback I have recoded how the dispatch system works, these changes are now live.
Police will no longer get direct GPS locations to incidents, instead they will be greeted with a rough location which can be refined by scrolling in.
Automatic GPS has been disabled to encourage patrolling of areas
Taxi, EMS, Mechanics are unaffected by these changes.

Due to the management change at Bennys, information was leaked by one of the employees to DT Customs, meaning that both companies now have access to Z Light technology.
New large criminal update for Anubis; This was a complicated one but its finished! “Gang vehicle delivery” Due to the influx of vagos, ballas, bikers and green activity in Los Santos other neutral gangs have realized that committing crimes using the colored gangs vehicles is a clever thing to do.
Especially if that vehicle is stolen directly from those areas and registered to known gang members. Delivery of gang vehicles to certain locations around los santos will yield rewards Only specific vehicles with specific colours, deemed useful by the neutral gangs will be accepted.

Police cars are getting a tuning pass. Right now most police vehicles will be rather slow. The Corvette Interceptor will top out at 140mph for example. Other police vehicles are being worked on over the next week to be brought down. This was done due to intensive community feedback. We will continue to monitor the levels.
There are more reasons for this, we are interested in supporting the balance between Police and Criminals, there have been situations recently where criminals have opted to “stop doing crime” during peak police hours due to the response quantity and speed. By “nerfing” the police vehicles somewhat, it means that when police get a “win” its justified and therefore maybe more of an on-going back and forth tennis game between cops and robbers.
We really want to make sure the server is fun for everybody, its been a long few months building up the police and finally we are in a stable position with some capable and interesting characters (Props to our cop players as the quality is only getting better), therefore so that there are criminals to chase for the police, we need to look at encouraging more of a challenge based ethic.

LOS SANTOS, San Andreas – With the CDC now classifying the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as a pandemic the need for containment and quarantine of the virus is more important than ever.
With no statements from our Mayor, who is still believed to be in Russia, two concerned citizens have taken it upon themselves to help Los Santos by gathering and properly disposing of new and used dildos. Nikki Rainer, a medical professional from PillBox Medical Center and Mr Red, an up and coming entrepreneur, has taken the lead on the collection and disposal of these items from all over Los Santos.
These two “medical” vigilantes have found that the spread of COVID-19 in Los Santos is, in part, due to the number of these items being used in nefarious ways by the local population. The real danger is to the civilians who clean houses and even more so to trash valets who are in constant contact with these items. If you are one of the many house cleaners in the city please take the appropriate safety steps. Wearing protective masks, gloves, and protective eyewear is recommended.
