Hello, I will all tell you in detail what is happening.
my server uses Vrp. in the Cfg I have this ((sv_scriptHookAllowed 0))
On my server at least 3 times a day. Enter people with Mod Menu and put bots with weapons and infinite life or even put objects like these. Somebody could help me.

it proves it but it eliminates me the noclib and the weapons of the policemen as I could edit it?
