Build secure code and secure your events instead (+use a tokenizer), no need to cash out for a paid anti-cheat for a small server in my experience. If you really need one there’s free ones you can find that’ll get the job done.
I recommend FIREAC it is free anti cheat and it does the job at start of a server after a while you can upgrade to some paid anti cheat. FIREAC | Best FiveM anti-cheat
i tried all free and it’s false bans or not ban the modder/cheater so that’s why i finding paid one and the money not problem for me i have 170€ just for anti cheat that’S why i asking help cuz i’m not good at code , i have someone doing it.

Free ones require some work to set up to work with your server, sure, but after you do that - and if you do it right - it’s a lot better than any “paid” anti-cheat, at least because you have full control over it and can set it up fully in accordance with your server’s scripts. Use a tokenizer, make sure to scramble events, and read up on how to build secure code - it’ll by a lot better than some obfuscated “anticheat” you don’t even know the code of.
Don’t choose FIVEGUARD as if you change IP probably they won’t do it and they will just redirect you to the TOS which does not mention anything about refusal of changing the IP but they still won’t change it for you.
Stay ways from FIVEGUARD terrible experience.

that’s funny, because they literally say that if you change your server IP you have to contact them to get your license reassigned LOL

A better solution is to create your own anticheat!. However, if you don’t have the time (as it will take a lot), choose one that doesn’t use a license system, as they can revoke or disable your credentials/license at any time.
I would avoid FiniAC. FiniAC violates FiveM’s Terms of Service by operating a global ban list (Resource FAQ - Cfx.re Docs). This could get your server in trouble. They have previously used memory readers through exploits which is unethical so their background isnt great.
Next best in my opinion would be ReaperAC. The Owner of ReaperAC was sat in a voice channel in a cheating discord actively developing his anticheat on livestream against the cheat that the server was providing. They are pretty good.
Next option, if you have the time for it, would be to make your own anticheat which would make it unique to your own server.
