I ordered on 03:00 and k didn’t get it in 2 hours
step 1: create a cirkel in blender and import it to fivem (remember to create a texture file - [the text you want to see])
step 2: take the imported obj. and add it to your .lua client file and make it spin.
step 3: Done. (ofc i won’t take 2 min. but that how you make it yourself.)
OBS: might not be the way he did. but this is also a way to make the same thing.
So how to make it spin, could be worth the 8 -10 euro if we take out the manpower time for following your steps!

well there is a few diffrent ways to make it spin.
1 way could be just to make a loop that keeps changing the direction. or maybe there is a native for it (have not checked) and there is for sure a third way too.
And the manpower time is so small, it takes no time to make a 3d cirkel in 3dmax or some other program. then only to import it and create a few lines in a client script?
again i don’t say the price is wrong. im just telling people how it was / could have been made.
