This error indicates that some program has modified your core Windows files. This can happen from malware, cheats, cracks or other such “shady” software you may have installed in the past.

Unfortunately the only solution we have for now is to reinstall Windows via the “Reset This PC” program, selecting to “Remove everything” and to do a “Cloud download”. This will delete everything on your C: drive, so make sure to back up important files, documents, pictures, etc.
