You need to set up any firewalls/routers to allow traffic in and out on those ports. Debian often comes with UFW and your host may have a firewall that you need to set up.

Wich Ports i have to open? Can I do it via SSH directly in the server or do I have to look for the Settings in the control panel of my hotster?

That depends on what you set in your config but default is 30120. You’ll also want to make sure 30110 is open for serverlist query.

If it’s UFW, you can manage it via SSH: How To Setup a Firewall with UFW on an Ubuntu and Debian Cloud Server | DigitalOcean

Nobody can tell you what your host is blocking, how it’s doing it or how they expect you to alter that. Contact your host for something like that.

I opened the Ports, but i think, it has noting to to with it.
If exactly following this manual: Setting up a Vanilla FXServer - Cfx.re Docs
The Server starts up and i can connect, but txAdmin is not configured.

If i only execute: ~/fivemserver/server/run.sh it takes me to this screen:

Then i got to the txAdmin Panel and select, that i already have a template on my VPS an select the folder with from the cfx docs manual.
Then this Error pops up again:

The error is only cuased by txadmin.
What can i do, i want tx admin as Monitor
