Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Windows Defender

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Disabled the antivirus and Firewall.

Also add what you already tried so far.

I tried opening the site on browser and get this.

I tried also using Hide.me VPN but I still seeing that message.

Hope I can get any solution to this.
