You can always try verifying your game files on steam by going right clicking on gta 5 in steam, going to properties, local files, verify integrity of game files.

This will scan and re download any broken / corrupt files in your gta folder.

sadly the game doesn’t even start

Have You Tried Updating Steam? if not you might want to give that a shot. and if worst comes to worst try reinstalling steam and fiveM
