Ambience sound removal [Help]

Hi im wondering if any of you here could help and put me in the right direction to get ambience sound removed i as able to remove all cars and peds. But the sounds are still here. Thanks

Thank you apreciate. So i need to create a folder inside resources put that inside and add start folder name to the server.cfg ?
