Gangs, Drug dealing (to other players or AI), Real estate, Player-run businesses (Mcdonalds, Wing Stop, Popeyes, etc.), a TON of activities (Bowling, Hookah Lounge, Roller Skate Rink, etc.), Legal jobs, Illegal jobs, iPhones, etc. The server is dedicated and lag-free. If you are new to the city, other players and staff are really friendly and will help you learn the ropes.
The community is hands-down one of the best I’ve been a part of. Everyone is friendly and the staff are always active and mature. They make sure to take all sides into account before making any decisions. Medal or other screen-clipping software is king in these situations. No favoritism, just good RP and genuine fun.
If you aren’t looking for a serious RP community then this is not for you.
