If you explain what the issue is then maybe someone can help you. Just a title and “can anyone help me” makes no sense.

At least post the solution so others know…

For others with the same problem. alot of mods/addons have a .config folder/file. Wich states":

Config Language ‘fr’

Change that to

Config Language ‘en’
