What is the FPS in and around the this?
Most of the map consist of addon models which doesn’t really have that much of an effect on your FPS. In fact base game props are heavier on FPS than addons… so you shouldn’t really experience any major drops
Nice, keep it up.
FiveM devs really be making things that make no sense, no realistic and destroy peoples games.

I hope you guys are doing well! I wanted to share my experience with a product I recently purchased and I’m really frustrated. I recently treated myself to Produk for 30€ and I have to say, unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
The showcase on the website advertised great features and top quality, but the reality is very different. Upon closer inspection of the product, not only do I discover numerous bugs and irregularities, but it even looks like everything was built with Minecraft blocks. This was definitely not what I was expecting.
It’s not just that, some roads were obviously not neatly customized, and for some stores the buildings are there, but the exterior is missing. Underneath the map is a hodgepodge of props and other things that detract from the player experience. I want to emphasize that this is only part of the problems - there are more bugs that I can’t even list here.
I have attached some of the bugs I found to illustrate my concerns. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and completely revise the product.

Thats your fault for having such high expectations for a free lance mod. Most stuff released on the forums is very janky yet yall buy them and expect them to be professionally made lmao.

never got my refund that he said twice was coming.
Map never got one update.
He kicks you from his discord if you question him.
Don’t be tempted. The lure is mostly in his graphics pack and edited videos.

Many enjoy the map. The map has its flaws and imperfections just as any other resource on here but overall is good and is soon to be updated. Thanks for commenting and have a great day !

did those ever come to be?
im looking at the chatter in this thread and it appears others are unsatisfied with lack of updates.
if there is/was an update i would be interested in purchasing this product
