Funny, because I know this was made exclusively from a guy for a greek server named Greek Hunt Life, which is yours, and I think you should ask the creator before reselling his work. 
As far as I remember it was done by me and the friend you are referring to as it has also been done exactly as you said about me so this map I do not have to discuss anything with anyone
I hope you told your “friend” about selling the work of his. Cause it’s HIS work if he wanted to make a buck out of it he would sell himself. Anyways the news spread around fast so yeah if you didn’t he will for sure learn about it one way or another. Classic greek FiveM community, nothing more, nothing less. 
Anyway, I will not give continuity as I know better than you and those who spread the “news” as you say better about what agreements have been made and what not for something that belongs to me
