After joining any server, constantly having "connection interrupted" "reconnecting to the server SOON" message pop up, as my game desyncs

Basically ever since I have gotten FiveM, I can’t play on any of the servers without getting a "connection interrupted’ every few seconds. I tried multiple things to try and fix this, because I actually have really good internet and can play games like fortnite with a consant 20 ping and can easily watch 4k video with no buffering. I was convinced something was just wrong with my game so I switched to my 4G mobile data which has a pretty similar speed to my internet and the game then runs perfectly. I can’t afford to keep using my mobile data and have no idea how to get my connection working with my home internet on fivem. Also, it’s good to note that when seeing the servers pings they all remain at about 20-30 on both connections, so its not like on my home internet I’m suddenly on a high ping. Help!

Try setting net_maxMtu to a value like 1200 in the F8 console before connecting to a server. (net_maxMtu 1200)

Hey silicon,

unfortunately I tried that but it didn’t seem to work. After I entered it in this was the message that I got: https://gyazo.com/fb24971293b6654f9a2f01dabc21cd3b

I tried joining a server anyway to see if there was a difference and unfortunately there wasn’t!

Thanks!

Acutally after a few disconnections and reconnecting to servers I am now getting kicked off the server with this error message:

Hi, Do you already solve the problem? same i am getting this sh*t
