After i updated windows last night i am no longer able to join the server. I am getting a failed to handshake it closed connection while deferring

**What did you do to get this issue?**I had the issue 4 days ago then i fixed it by updating windows. Today windows had another update i did the update and now the problem has reappeared.

**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.I have uninstalled Gta5 and fivem i also deleted the cache multiple times i checked for updates in both windows and steam so i have know clue.
