Hey, not atm but we were going to update it today for this.

Option to limit it to all players or a role? So it can be used for gang missions too?
Can the color be changed
Can you add your own missions too?
And edit what items is given , also maybe rare change to get items too?

Color can be changed.
Yes you can edit the missions and the rewards.
And yes you can add rare items.
