Advanced drug sales [Standalone]

Hello!
Today we are releasing our drug sales script that has been a beautiful labour of love.
We wanted to create a great way for players to sell drugs and get rewarded for doing it, as well as add more interaction and roleplay with officers, Which I think this system will achieve!

Here is a list of what the script has! I’m sure I am missing something so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

  • Compatible with any framework with minor edits.
  • Comes out of the box with qbcore, qbox-core and esxlegacy configurations
  • Supports qb-target + ox_target + standalone button press system
  • Supports all major inventory systems (qb-inventory, esx, ox_inventory)
  • Supports ox_lib & qb-menu systems and has a built in RageUI menu system.
  • Police alert (stand-alone system or convert your self to any other)
  • Chance to be mugged for some of the players drugs.
  • 0.0 resmon usage when not performing the activity meaning it is very well optimised and your players will not even notice it running.
  • Bonus pay based on cops online.
  • Maximum sale amounts based on cops online
  • Sell chances based on each drug individually
  • Each drug has its own sell price, Bonus zone pay price & maximum sold amount per sale.
  • Easily add your own area bonuses.
  • Level up system to allow corner selling after x amount of successful sales.

NEW UPDATE
Added a new required police online config option, If you enable this players wont be able to sell drugs unless X amount of police are on duty! (Option on line 69 in the config.lua file)

Amazing script buddy! Love the idea of progressing to be able to corner sell and love that NPCs have a chance of mugging you when selling! Keep it up!

Do you have any plans of adding rep system at all?

Hi buddy, Yes it has some rep system already… kinda.
It records the total amount of sales a person as using metadata functions from QBCore/ESX.
I’m also going to be adding functionality for RCore gangs in the very near future also!
If you have ideas feel free to throw them my way and I will see what we can do! :partying_face:

I did see you can progress to corner selling and I like that I was thinking something more like mz-skills where you gain rep for selling and loose rep if you get mugged and if your a specific level it allows you to sell in higher pop zones ie legion square and or corner selling. Selling in “high risk zones” you should naturally be able to sell a higher quantity and a higher chance of police being called. Also maybe add a export to allow a players rep to be reset some servers may want to reset a players rep if they a caught by police. another useful export would be to enable/disable selling I have mine in a burn phone you use to enable/disable selling

Yeah I can add exports in the future for these things, I can also just build the “skill” of drug sales into my resource at some point so people don’t have to go download another script to use it, Always down for more ideas in the future I want this to be what every customer wishes :slight_smile:

TBH I have been looking for a decent script for a while and I had started making my own but then I found this one and could see it had huge potential building skills into a script I feel is better the relying on another. Also to prevent the player from selling to the same ped do you use then ped model or entityid/netid?

I use the CFX’s statebags system, Its also got a ped blacklist in the config buddy.

NEW UPDATE This update adds integration for rcore_gangs ! You can customize this however you like in the config.lua file! Files changed:

NEW UPDATE
This update adds some new exposed functions in the framework.lua file.

OnPlayerDrugsSold(source, player, drug, amount, pay)

This gets called when a player successfully sells a drug so you can use it to add your own metadata to the player, or what ever you like… It opens up the possibility to add your own gang rewards etc.

BanPlayer(source)

This gets called when a player should be banned for exploiting events.
