I have not had an issue come up, where the dev team hasnāt responded. I will say, they are typically quiet in their general chat - but actual issues, bugs, exploits - they get to in their tickets. It helps to provide them possible solutions as well⦠no dev likes to be bombarded with things with no solution to navigate.
Weve been using the script since the time it came out, its had its bumps but so far is working! The UUID stuff for tables are kinda weird and we couldnt figure that out⦠however, we made our own sub scripts to handle blue prints and tables, so a player āopensā a bench, and it assigns the UUID of the table then, rather then at point of first inventory. I posted a snippit of that in their discord, so others can utilize it.
No, so I have been inside of the tickets for the last 2 to 3 weeks and Iāve gotten maybe two responses and the responses they give are very bland and they just tell you look at the docs when they could just tell you exactly what the issue is etc⦠with this crafting script. They should be able to make this work perfect but long story short it sucks.
Just to reiterateā¦. Their support is terrible, no responses for weeks Iāve had the ticket open 60 days almost and theyāre active on discord but give no support. I know they see it but they seem to not care people need to stop buying this garbage.
Itās not just support, there are no more changelogs either. Iāve already thrown it down, which used to be good, but thatās all over with the thing
They dont answer tickets to give you customer roles, thats also over 2 months old almost which is nuts, try to get them to respond to a ticket, youāll be waiting weeks.
Thatās why im confused - ive had plenty of tickets with them - theyāve gone fine.
Ive posted plenty of snippets and corrections which they have used in their updates as well.
Sorry your experience isnt what you expect, but mines been fine.
A bit harsh telling people to stop buying this garbage, when for a majority it works just fine.
Im not sure what custom stuff your running or whatnot, but we are QBOX Core ā Ox inventory, and doing just fine.
We also use qbox core and ox inventory etc, it will not let us place a bench down even though i followed their documentation, its been weeks since they responded to my ticket i have bumped daily once in morning and once at night time. Their support is veryyyyyy bad.
