• Spectators logic improvement and fixes

   - Improved the way you spawn over a person and made it smoother.
   - Added transitions, Smoother Fade in and Outs, and more minor things
   - Fixed issue with distance failing to spectate

• Locales System:

   - Ability to translate the full script to any language you like!
   - Currently available in English and French

• Improved Delete Vehicle Command

   - Ability to delete the car you / a player is in or nearby

• New Command: Give Money

   - Choose type, amount, and person

• Warn Command Adjustment: Spelling mistake
