CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): idk what that is

When i open fivem the white loading bar gets to the end then i get an error message
What are you trying to do?
just open fivem
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
i have redownloaded GTAV, redownloaded Fivem, i have cleared my cache, i have changed citizen fx from production beta and canary none of them work, i also verified files, and in my citizen fx folder i had no “updatechannel” line of code after adding it and trying with all 3 options i still get an error message, although if i run the game without adhesive.dll i can launch 5m but not load any servers

Open fivem
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
no server it is just FiveM

Try changing your build from Latest (Unstable) (“canary”) to Release (“production”) - How to change build

ive tried this earlier will give it a try again in a minute

so whenver i open my citizenfx it looks like that theres nothing to change

Yeah, under IVPath you can add this line: UpdateChannel=production, and save the file.
